What we do
At Spade, we meet this criterion on several levels:.
- When proposing an offer (of support and/or price), we carry out an initial analysis of the future client's needs:
- If the specifications mention needs that are difficult to meet given our knowledge of the allocated budget
- If the specifications mention requirements that are excessive in relation to the structure's capacity
- Expression of possible alternatives to provide a more pragmatic response to complex and/or poorly formulated needs (alternative solution, less costly or less cumbersome, more ergonomic, etc.). It is inconceivable to reinvent the wheel.
- Making contact to ask the questions needed to refine requests or specify the needs expressed in the specifications
- During the strategic ideation phase, we offer co-creation workshops:
- Invitation to express the needs of all the people affected by the project (not just the staff responsible, but all the people who, directly or indirectly, are or will be impacted by the project).
- The collection and expression of needs is formalised, validated and shared through the drafting and sharing of a summary report of the workshops and the proposal of avenues and advice for development. The report is discussed and possibly amended until all parties agree with its conclusions.
On going / Work In Progress
We remain curious about the suggestions of the people we work with.
We propose a satisfaction questionnaire at the end of the project, which provides feedback on all the stages, and we read or listen with interest to all the comments made along the way.
Our aim is to do things right, and we rely on the people we meet and contact on a daily basis to help us make progress!
