What we do

At Spade, we meet this criterion on several levels:

• #SDG5: male-female equity possible and encouraged in relation to the human resources made available to carry out a project
• #SDG8: continuous reflection on good HR management with a view to continuous growth and decent work.

Depending on the projects implemented and the types of client, we are getting closer to one or other of the 12 SDGs. As service providers, we address a wide variety of clients and customers from different sectors, with different ambitions and missions. Versatility is therefore inherent in our work: depending on the project, we work towards one or other of the SDGs. In all cases, we work with people who are committed to these values, who are aware of and keen to develop projects linked to the SDGs. And we always have at least two in mind.

At Spade, we have always been careful to put ourselves at the service of projects with human prosperity values. In this way, we are improving the digital maturity of the public sector (local authorities, etc.), projects with social values (OCMWs, etc.) and human values (NGOs, etc.).

Increase the number of minimum SDGs addressed!

• #SDG7: ethical, clean and local electricity supplier. We're thinking about it, we're starting this work with the hosting of our servers.
• #SDG12: thinking about more sustainable consumption and production (servers, energy savings in offices, etc.)
• #SDG13: Citizen participation/company funding in projects that promote the fight against climate change
