Currently

• At the start of the project, we challenge the participants (skateholders) on the ‘planet’ dimension of their project: what is their digital responsibility? We invite them to turn this into KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). This was the subject of a new card in 2024 in our card game ‘Digital Project Quest’. This KPI can then be reviewed at the end of the project with the participants in order to assess its real implementation in the digital project and the implementation of a dynamic reflection.
• Spade's hardware is registered for traceability and is subject to regular assessment for obsolescence and reuse as second-hand equipment.
