Spade does not have a specific training plan for digital responsibility, nor one tailored to each type of profile (project management, animation, development, design, etc.).

• At least 2 members of our team are trained in digital responsibility and act as a relay for other team members.
• the entire team is aware of the issue
• All our developers and designers are trained in digital accessibility.
